Broken string escaping in rails-plugin

#4

I just noticed that on my setup (Mac OS 10.5 w/ default ruby 1.8.6 (2008-03-03 patchlevel 114)), latex string-escaping seems to be broken. After a short investigation, I discovered a quick solution:

In lib/rtex/escaping.rb:

changed the replacement strings from '\\1' to '\\\1' (added another escaped backslash)

Attached a diff to illustrate the fix further.
