Cannot install using RubyGems =1.3

This is an issue with Echoe <= 3.0.0, which I used to build v2.0.4.

I've upgraded Echoe, removed the rubygems version requirement, and released RTeX v2.0.5 (which should be available from RubyForge mirrors shortly).
